These terms describe the current early-access website position. Lattiform content is informational, not certified engineering, legal, procurement, or manufacturing advice.
Engineering claims
Website claims about analysis, validation and performance are product positioning until supported by referenced in-product evidence and the published verification report.
Beta access
Early-access participation may change as the product, validation scope, and commercial terms mature.
No automatic certification
Solver results, benchmark examples and workflow descriptions do not certify a design for production, safety or regulatory use.

Intellectual property
The Lattiform name, website, product materials, and software remain the property of their respective owners. Early access does not transfer ownership or grant production rights.
Eligibility and acceptable use
Access is intended for lawful professional evaluation. Users must not misuse the service, interfere with operation, or rely on beta output as an automatic safety certification.
Liability and warranties
Early-access materials are provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular engineering purpose. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded.
Suspension and governing terms
Lattiform may suspend early access where needed for security, misuse, or product changes. Final commercial agreements will identify governing law and dispute terms before paid use.
